Lead Pastor
Terry Lee

Terry joined the Dalhousie staff team in August 2024. He has been in pastoral ministry for over 30 years, serving as Lead Pastor to Okotoks Alliance, and Worship Pastor to Beulah Alliance in Edmonton, and Bramalea Baptist in Brampton, Ontario. Terry happily says, "My entire life has been about ministry." But before pastoral ministry Terry wrote and produced music for radio and television commercials, and ran a small advertising agency. He earned a diploma in music at Humber College in Toronto, and earned his MDiv from Heritage Theological Seminary, in Cambridge, Ontario. Outside of formal ministry Terry was the founding Conductor and Artistic Director to the Foothills Philharmonic Orchestra, he enjoys playing string instruments, alpine skiing, photography and cycling off-road trails. He and Ann have been married since 1990, and have 3 young adult children—Kathryn, Daniel & Christie—who are talented and active in the Arts. Fun fact: Terry thinks he's funny! 😉

Associate Pastor
Tony Lottes
Tony Lottes serves as the Associate Pastor of Worship & Community Engagement at Dalhousie Church. He has been involved in ministry for over twenty years, with experience in youth ministry, worship, community engagement, and various other facets of ministry. Tony first connected with Dalhousie Church in 2018, drawn by God’s calling on his life and the deeply rooted relationships found within the church and community. Dalhousie Church became family right from day one. Outside of ministry, Tony enjoys BBQs, golf, board games and loves spending time with friends, his wife Stephanie, and their three kids Caeden, Holland, and Bearrett. Fun Fact: Tony loves food, especially pizza. You should ask him about his top three favourite pizza places in Calgary!

Office Administrator
Kimberly Ager

Kimberly has served as the Office Administrator at Dalhousie Church since January 2023. She has been involved in ministry since 2018, when she started as the Children’s Ministry Coordinator at Brentview Baptist Church where she worked while getting her degree. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Calgary and has also worked as an Events and Media Coordinator, and a Digital Media Mentor in the U of C Makerspace. Kimberly first connected with Dalhousie Church when she applied for her role and has been warmly welcomed by this church family ever since. Outside of ministry, Kimberly is an artist specializing in painting and loves picking up new hobbies like crocheting, wood burning, and papermaking. When she isn’t creating, she enjoys soaking up the sunshine with her husband, George, and spending time with family and friends. Fun Fact: Kimberly’s favourite food is tacos (or quesadillas) and she’d happily eat them for all three meals every single day!

Youth Director
Dan Falk

Dan Falk serves as the Youth Director at Dalhousie Church, a role he has held since 2020. He has been involved in youth ministry since he was 18 years old and continues to serve with a heart for helping students grow in their faith and follow Jesus in everyday life. Dan also occasionally speaks at summer camps, other churches, and on Sunday mornings. Dan connected with Dalhousie Church when he and his family moved to Calgary from Kelowna, where he had been working as an animator. What began as a major life transition quickly became clear as God’s leading, and Dalhousie Church has been home ever since. Outside of ministry, Dan is an artist who loves painting, drawing, and encouraging creativity in others, often through youth paint nights and other creative projects. Fun Fact: Dan has a large board game collection, but they aren’t the classic roll-and-move kind. He prefers modern, story-driven, and occasionally chaotic games like Zombicide, Wyrmspan, and Marvel United. You will never find him playing Monopoly.

Bookkeeper
Kathy Yang

Kathy serves as the bookkeeper at Dalhousie Church. She started in 2015, but it all began in 2003 when helping in the office folding paper bulletins while her younger daughter was in preschool. Kathy has been involved in worship ministry playing piano and singing, teaching toddlers, and helping in the kitchen. She started off as an engineer then turned full-time mother and then, from a friendly chat in the church nursery, started bookkeeping for the MCC thrift shop and the rest, as they say, is history. Kathy and her husband Peter first connected with Dalhousie Church in 2002 when moving back to Calgary from Ottawa and were drawn by the warm welcome, vibrant community and God-centred worship and teaching. Outside of ministry, Kathy enjoys music, cross-country skiing, pickleball, puzzles, and board games and loves spending time watching sports and beating her husband in competitive Solitaire. Fun Fact: Kathy sings in the Calgary Renaissance Singers and Players where she enjoys the challenge of singing early music in different languages.
